Our approach

Back in 2016, we wanted to be able to offer a play scheme for children staying in London during school holidays. Right from the start, we wanted it to be fun, using various games and sport activities but also to define clear educational goals while aiming for high standards for our services.

This is how, our team at Holicamp, have been working on putting together rich planning of activities for children from 4 to 15 years old. We wanted to make sure core values (like respect, teamwork, confidence…) were reflected in our activities while channelling everything through fun and well-being.

HOLICAMP was founded in 2016 with a simple ambition: to create unforgettable experiences for children through sport, games, adventure and learning.

What started as a small holiday programme has grown into an international project built around one core belief: children learn best when they are engaged, active and having fun.

Over the years, HOLICAMP has welcomed hundreds of children from a wide range of backgrounds and nationalities. Our programmes combine physical activity, teamwork, creativity, confidence building and problem solving, all within a safe and caring environment.

The concept was designed and developed by Serigne N’Dong, also known within the organisation as “The Connector”. Drawing on his extensive experience in youth work, sports coaching, educational activities and game creation in France and the United Kingdom, he specialises in designing original challenges, large scale games, team building activities and immersive learning experiences for children.

Alongside Serigne, HOLICAMP works with a team of qualified coaches, instructors, teachers, performers and activity leaders who share the same passion for creating memorable experiences for young people.

Our team has included professionals such as:

• Serigne – Director, French BAFA Graduate, Youth Activity Specialist, Game Designer and Programme Creator

• Ibrahim Z. – Co Director, Coach Instructor, Football Coach, PE Teacher, UEFA Qualified Coach and Mental Preparation Certificate Holder

• Bilel Baï – PE Teacher and Former Professional Football Player

• Iris  – Coach and Singer

• Lara  – Coach Instructor

as well as many other seasonal team members who join us throughout the year depending on programme requirements.

⚠️ HOLICAMP LTD is an independent organisation and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any school like unless explicitly stated for a specific event or partnership.

To maintain the highest standards of quality, supervision and safety, places are limited each week and allocated on a first come, first served basis. Participant numbers are carefully managed to ensure all activities comply with safeguarding and health and safety requirements.

Where is this happening?

Outdoors - Hamsptead Heath 🌤 🌳 🌲

If the weather allows it, we prefer to set our camp outdoors, in Hamsptead Heath on Parliament Hill.

Our meeting point is just behind the Parliament Hill Lido swimming pool.

In case of bad weather - The Dome 🌧 ❄️

What about if it’s raining cats and dogs?

We are always looking to have a backup plan and book indoor facilities like The Dome (a sports complex offering good facilities), so we can still go ahead with our activities indoors.

Sometimes The Dome is unfortunately not available. Make sure to check if our camps explicitly display “⚠️ Outdoor only” or not.

If the meeting point changes from outdoors to indoors during the day because of the weather, our staff will make sure to let you know in advance so you are sure where to pick-up your children.
