Refund policy

Cancel within 48 hours of booking and you are refunded in full. After that, your place is not refunded in money — but you keep its value as a credit valid for 12 months, usable on any other camp period.

Annulation dans les 48 heures suivant la réservation : remboursement intégral. Au-delà, la somme n'est pas remboursée en argent mais conservée sous forme d'avoir valable 12 mois, utilisable sur n'importe quelle autre période de camp.

CANCELLING WITHIN 48 HOURS

Write to holicampltd@gmail.com or send a WhatsApp message to +44 7873 425062 within 48 hours of your order confirmation. We refund the full amount to the card used for the booking, usually within five working days.

If you book less than 48 hours before the camp starts, that window closes when the camp starts.

AFTER 48 HOURS: YOUR CREDIT

The place is held for your child and is no longer available to another family, so we do not refund it in money. Instead, the full amount you paid is kept as a credit.

It is worth the whole amount you paid, not a part of it.
It is valid for 12 months from the first day of the camp you had booked.
It can be used on any camp period — half term, Christmas, Easter, summer — subject to places being available.
To claim it, tell us before the camp starts. A place that is simply not taken up, with no word from you, cannot be converted afterwards.
If the new booking costs more, you pay the difference. If it costs less, the balance stays on your credit until it expires.

Days not attended during a week your child did attend are not refunded and do not become credit.

MOVING TO ANOTHER DATE INSTEAD

You are welcome to ask. We look at every request individually and we will move your child to another week if there is room — that is simpler than a credit, for you and for us. It depends on availability, and it is not a right.

IF WE CANCEL

If we have to cancel a camp — a venue closure, or any circumstance beyond our control — you choose: a place on another date, or a full refund in money of the days affected. That choice is always yours, and no credit is imposed.

The same applies if we have to end a camp early for reasons that are ours and not yours: we refund the days that did not take place.

BIRTHDAY PARTIES AND PRIVATE COACHING

These are not paid online. Nothing is due until you accept our quote, and the cancellation terms are set out in the quote itself.

YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the 14-day right to cancel a distance purchase does not apply to leisure services supplied on a specific date — which is what a holiday camp is (regulation 28(1)(h)). The 48-hour window and the 12-month credit above are offered by HOLICAMP LTD on top of the law, not instead of it.

Nothing in this policy affects your rights if a service is not carried out with reasonable care and skill, as required by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
