Terms of service

These terms apply to every booking made on holicamp.net, operated by HOLICAMP LTD, company number 16591386, registered office 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ.

WHAT WE SELL

We sell places at bilingual French-English sports camps, birthday party services and private coaching sessions, for children aged 4 to 15. Everything we sell is a service delivered on a set date at a set place. Nothing is shipped.

BOOKING

A booking is confirmed once payment has been taken and you have received our confirmation email. Places are limited and are allocated in the order bookings are received.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. One quantity equals one child: if you are booking for two children, set the quantity to two.

After booking you will receive a short form asking for the information we need to look after your child — age, emergency contact, and any allergy, dietary or medical requirement. Please complete it before the camp begins.

BIRTHDAY PARTIES AND PRIVATE COACHING

These are not sold online. You send us a request, and we come back within 48 hours with our availability and a final price. Nothing is due until you accept our quote.

WHAT IS INCLUDED

Coaching, supervision and all sports equipment are included. Meals and drinks are not provided: children bring a packed lunch. Extended childcare is an option to be added at the time of booking.

YOUR CHILD AT CAMP

Our coaches hold Level 2 or 3 coaching qualifications, Child Safeguarding and Paediatric First Aid certificates, and an Enhanced DBS check.

You must tell us, before the camp, about any allergy, medical condition or need that affects your child's safety. We may decline or end a booking where we cannot meet a child's needs safely, or where a child's behaviour puts others at risk — in that case we will speak to you first.

A child is released only to the parent or guardian named at booking, or to a person you have told us about in writing.

PHOTOGRAPHS

We sometimes photograph camp activities. You can refuse the use of your child's image, at any time and without giving a reason, by writing to us — and we will comply.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

You have 48 hours from the moment you book to cancel and be refunded in full. After that, the booking is not refunded in money, but the full amount is kept as a credit valid for 12 months, usable on any other camp period, provided you tell us before the camp starts.

The full terms, including what happens if we cancel, are set out in our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

Where circumstances beyond our control make a camp impossible to run — a venue closure, for example — we will offer you a place on another date or a full refund of the days affected.

LIABILITY

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under English law. Beyond that, our liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid for it.

We are not responsible for personal belongings brought to camp.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
